What is a support plan?

The support package consists of a set number of hours at a fixed rate, which allows the service provider to update content and make changes to a client’s website.

How can you use your support plan?

At Adigone Digital, customers submit support requests through the online support portal. The time spent on the service is deducted directly from their hourly package. Once all hours have been used, customers can add one or more hours or renew their package.

How long is my plan valid?

Our 6-hour, 8-hour, and 24-hour plans come with no commitment and are valid for one year from the date of enrollment. After this period, any unused hours are forfeited! You can renew with the same plan or choose a different one at any time.

Can I maintain my WordPress site myself?

Of course! You can use support hours to perform maintenance on your site. However, it’s better and more cost-effective for a client to sign up for a WordPress maintenance contractin addition to their support plan.
